Woolaroc... Again

We made one more tip this season to Woolaroc with Grammy and Grampy.  This time Marlee was ready to see Santa with Lane! 

 Elizabeth did not like Santa, but he still had a smile for her!

After we saw Santa we rode the big wagon to the lodge for hot chocolate and cookies.

 I tried to get a picture of G & G with the kids. 

 There were ice cicles everywhere.  Lane and Marlee loved crunching on them as we walked along.

Before we went home for the night, we stopped in to see our animal friends in the petting zoo.

Making a trip to Woolaroc is one of our favorite Christmas traditions.  We've gone every year since Lane has been born, even before we lived here!

Baby Angel Marlee

Our little Marlee is a baby angel in the Nutcracker.  She has been practicing every weekend and every night the week leading up to the performance.  Clint has been out of town for all of the fun this week.  It's been a really fun bonding time for me and my girl.  Grammy was super helpful and made dinner for us every night before we had to go to practice, and kept Lane and Elizabeth for me while we were practicing.

 

She had to get a little hair piece for the performance and she looks too cute! 

There were two performances.  Aunt Sarah and Unc Tyler came for the first performance with Grammy and Grampy.  Marlee loved the yellow roses Aunt Sarah brought her!  She had to show them to all the girls!

Time for costumes!  Once Marlee got her heart lipstick on she changed into another person!  Just look at all of her faces, usually I can't get her to even look at the camera let alone pose!

 All cleaned up after the show.  Beautiful girl with all of her flowers!

 And this is the super handsome big brother that went to watch his sister.  Love this guy!

 

Marlee is the third little angel after the sled.  I love that she stopped to wave to everyone.

Snow Day!

 We had our first snow day!  We woke up to snow all over the ground and a text message from the school district saying "no school!" 

Lane and Marlee could not wait to go outside and play.  Clint was able to be home so the kids got lots of play time with Dad!

 Clint went to Grammy and Grampys to get the sled for a sled ride around the neighborhood.

Lane made me some beautiful snow angels. 

 This little cutie stayed inside with Momma.  We watched from the window.

 We ran out for a quick minute to touch the snow.  I don't think she liked it!

Lane on the other hand, spent at least three hours out in the snow.  He loves it! 

Elizabeth's 1!!!

Good Morning Birthday Girl!  Happy as usual!

Before her part started Elizabeth did some walking with her walker.

 Elizabeth's party guests - Mimi & Pops, Grammy & Grampy,  Nina & Popeye, and us.

 Elizabeth had a fun lunch.

 Got loved on by her big brother and sister.

 And got her first cupcake! 

 Elizabeth, being the third, has had lots of bites of treats from her brother and sister.  But, she has never had her very own cupcake!

 We love our sweet girl so much!  She is the sweetest little thing.

 Elizabeth got lots of fun toys!  She got a baby doll from Mimi and Pops that she hugged right away.

 A new car!

 This little owl, from Uncle Tom, is so soft.  Elizabeth loves to lay on it.

 And she got so many other things.  She got an adorable outfit from Nina and Popeye, and a metal push car from Grammy and Grampy.

 At the end of our party Mimi and Pops had to head back to Texas.  We got one more quick picture before they left!

 I loved seeing so many memories from our first year with her at one time.
