Yesterday we made a quick trip to Kansas to visit my Grandma and Lane and Marlee's Great Grandma. The house she lives in has a little toy basket for kids to play with when they go to visit. Lane always remembers where the basket is and makes a bee line for it. After some good playtime I sat Marlee and Lane in a chair next to Grandma for a picture. Shocker, I couldn't get Lane to look at me.
On the way home Marlee
jibber jabbered like she loves to do. I snuck my camera out and was able to get a little bit of her talking on camera before she caught me.
I'm not excited that Lane is teaching her to spit, but I do love that they interact more and more everyday. Marlee thinks her big brother is one cool dude!
