2 Year Well Check

Lane had his 2 year well check today. I love those appointments because I get what I consider an official height and weight. Lane's not too crazy about the Doctor's office, but he's getting better. Today Dr. Chang let him "help" put the stethoscope on his chest, check out the light used to check his ears and throat, and Lane got to give Dr. Chang a high five between every check. Lane decided it wasn't too bad until he had to open wide.

Lane is 36.75 inches tall, the 95%.
Lane weighs 32.8 pounds, the 90-95%.
His head is 51.0 cm, the 99%. Makes sense, he needs a big head to go with his big body.

After we left the Doctor's office we ran some errands. While we were out, Lane held his first phone conversation with Grammy! He always loves to hold the phone and listen, smile, kiss the phone, anything but talk. Today he actually talked and responded to Grammy's questions with yes and no answers. I guess he figured since he's two now he needs to do more big boy things!
